Scott and Tyse got to go on their first Fathers and Sons camping Trip, with our ward. They had a great time. Tyse loved playing with all of the big boys, throwing rocks into the river, playing in the dirt, and just being a boy! He loved eating dinner by the fire and just being with his Dad. Tyse asked to go to bed around 8:30 and told Scott to go out so he could go to sleep. He went straight to bed and didn't come out of the tent. About 2am Tyse woke Scott up because he was cold. Come to find out he had taken a sippy cup to bed and it had leaked all over him. He was sopping wet. Scott got his clothes changed and took him to warm up at a neighbors camp fire. After about 20min, Tyse told Scott he was ready to go back to sleep so they went back to the tent and shared Scott's sleeping bag. The next morning Scott had to wake Tyse up for breakfast. All in all it was a great trip for both of them, and they can't wait till next year!
